Research direction

Open cranelift/README.md and inspect the Building Cranelift section around the referenced lines. Confirm that test-all.sh is absent, then either remove the paragraph or update it to point to the testing docs; the work is done when the README no longer directs readers to the removed script.

Description

cranelift/README.md (Building Cranelift section) says:

https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/blob/11eac9de8693e1a69f86815d1a58918edd5c1785/cranelift/README.md?plain=1#L127-L128

However, this script no longer exists. It was removed in #2926 (b8fd632fb).
It would be good to either remove this paragraph or update it to point to the testing docs.
