Research direction

Read wasm/src/main/java/com/dylibso/chicory/wasm/WasmLimits.java and the linked WebAssembly syntactic-limits specification, then inventory which limits are currently unchecked. Done means the applicable module limits are enforced by the runtime and the existing validation checks confirm the behavior.

Description

Reference to spec:
https://webassembly.github.io/spec/core/appendix/implementation.html#syntactic-limits

Currently most limits in WasmLimits are not checked.

Imposing those limits will harden the security of the engine and put it "on par" with other runtimes.
