Research direction
Start with boost/range/concepts.hpp, especially lines 247-264, and reproduce the reported errors using the Windows/MSVC bootstrap and b2 commands in the issue. Compare the behavior with permissive- enabled and disabled; done means the range module builds successfully with the reported unreleased MSVC toolset.
