Research direction

Start in app/lib/features/social/presentation/screens/social_people_tab.dart, comparing the SizedBox(height: 140) row with _SuggestedRiderCard to find the source of the overflow. Check the card at 1.3× text scale and in Bangla, then add a widget test that pumps it and expects no overflow. Done means the card fits the row and the overflow is gone in those conditions.

Description

bug good first issue

On Social → People, every "Suggested for you" card is 1 px taller than its row. Debug builds log A RenderFlex overflowed by 1.00 pixels on the bottom once per card and draw the yellow-black stripe under the Follow button; release builds clip 1 px of the card.

Where

  • The row: SizedBox(height: 140) in app/lib/features/social/presentation/screens/social_people_tab.dart (around line 172).
  • The card: _SuggestedRiderCard in the same file.

Done when

  • The row sizes to the card (or the card fits the row) with no overflow.
  • Checked at text scale 1.3× and with the app in Bangla, where the name line runs taller.
  • A small widget test pumps the card and expects no overflow.
