Description

After devcontainer -Keep, test-platform's helper says to run devcontainer exec --workspace-folder <project> <command> in the kept container. The devcontainers CLI isn't installed on the demo host, though: the helper itself runs it through npx -y @devcontainers/cli, so the command it prints fails with "devcontainer: command not found".
