Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported failure on Windows 11 with Herd 2.0.2: launch Herd and open https://my-site.com.test in a browser. The report names no relevant files, tests, or logs with details, so first inspect Herd’s connection troubleshooting and logs to locate where the request fails. Done means identifying and fixing the cause so the site connects in a browser.
