Check clang-tidy warnings too on CI

Start with the run-clang-tidy command shown for the examples directory and review the repository's CI configuration to find where checks are defined. Determine how clang-tidy warnings should be surfaced in CI, including the reported warnings in examples/stackoverflow.cpp and examples/intro-5-consumer.cpp. Done means the CI run checks these warnings and fails or reports them according to the project's intended policy.
