In route tab no scroll bar in route stop list on Chromebook

Description
Add enough stops to require scrolling and the initial stops disappear but no scroll bar appears. If you delete enough stops, the hidden stops reappear but still, no scroll bar.
Up/down arrows do scroll the list though.
