Describe the Bug

When only "INTP" or "INTF" type legacy awards are received as a part of the ece-process-response-integration file, the process fails to properly process this response.

NOTE: This is a minor bug and there is a rare scenario that it can occur. For it to occur, only "INTP" or "INTF" type legacy award records should be received as a part of the file.

Current Behavior
  • The process fails throwing the below error log:

Error from the queue-consumers pod:

ERROR: Error processing the file IN/CONR-008-COLF-20261006-144028.txt. QueryFailedError: syntax error at or near ")" is not the expected error and needs to be fixed.

If the disbursementValueIds is empty, the above query fails and throws the error. Lines 107 to 110 is the fix to ensure that the empty array is gracefully handled.

Expected Behavior and AC
  • Response file should be properly processed and not error out.
  • Add e2e test
