Research direction

Start by locating the code review file list and the file diff expansion behavior in the TypeScript UI. Reproduce the issue by expanding a file and observing whether the list shifts under the cursor and changes the focused file. Done when expanding a diff preserves consistent spacing and keeps the cursor over the selected file.

Description

What happened?

Hi hi!

During a review in Plannotator, clicking on a file to expand its diff changes the vertical spacing between items in the file list. This causes the previously listed file to move under the cursor and changes the focused file. See the cursor pointer in the screenshots, it's at the same position in both captures

Expected Behavior:

Expanding a file should preserve consistent vertical spacing between list items, keeping the cursor over the selected file.
