Research direction

The issue cites gh auth switch to change accounts. Find where plannotator invokes gh for PR review and opens its UI, then add a check for the authenticated user or fail hard. A linked PR #2161 is open, so review that first. Done means no silent checkout failure with multiple gh accounts.

Description

enhancement triage

I have a personal and work account authenticated with gh cli. I have to make sure to switch to the correct account before calling review on a pull request otherwise plannotator opens but the checkout fails since it is not authenticated.

It would be great if it could detect this and switch to the correct account before or fail hard and not open plannotator so it is clear that I need to switch users.
