Description
Problem Statement
The Rich Text Editor docs do not describe the formatting toolbar above the text area.
Proposed Changes
Update website/docs/reference/widgets/rich-text-editor.md with a short Toolbar section and a screenshot of the full toolbar. Keep the description general (blocks, fonts, emphasis, color, alignment, lists, inserts, overflow). Do not document individual controls in detail.
Use Cases / User query reference
Users need a visual and brief overview of the in-editor formatting toolbar when using the classic Rich Text Editor widget.
