Research direction

Start by locating the ORM PurgeHttpCacheListener and the condition that enables it only when ORM is installed. Compare that integration with the Doctrine ODM setup described in the issue, then verify that HTTP cache invalidation works for ODM without requiring ORM.

Description

doctrine MongoDB

Description
I tried to enable the http cache invalidation with Doctrine ODM, but it doesn't work. After some research I understood that the purger doctrine listener have provided only for ODM. Do you have plans to implement it for ODM?

Example
You have condition that the ORM listener PurgeHttpCacheListener enables only when the ORM is installed
