Research direction

Read frontend/vitest.config.ts and check the existing hookTimeout and testTimeout values. Set them to 60s and 30s respectively, then run the frontend test job or the affected specs to confirm the timeouts provide more headroom on macOS runners.

Description

Task Summary

The build / frontend (macos-latest) job intermittently fails a single unrelated spec per run with a 30s hook timeout under runner load, which dequeues PRs from the merge queue. Observed as three consecutive dequeues on #5377, each failing a different spec (preset.service, agent-registration.component, filters.component), all macOS-only hook/worker timeouts. This is a recurrence of #7713. Raise hookTimeout 30s to 60s and testTimeout 20s to 30s in frontend/vitest.config.ts to give the loaded macOS runners more headroom.
