Description
Feature Summary
This feature is based off this discussion #8430.
Add support for configuring Texera to run compute units and potentially other micro services as virtual machines (vms) in the k8s deployment environment. (Note: this would not work with minikube but will with RKE2 since minikube does not support virtualization inside its nodes). This should be implemented as an option that the deployers can easily enable, and it should be the recommended deployment for security reasons.
Proposed Solution or Design
Implementing this is simply adding support to the values.yaml to inform the compute unit master what runtime to spawn compute units with. Additionally, Texera specific micro services can have their templates adjusted to accept runtime parameters. For Texera dependencies like Postgres and Minio, documentation can be added to inform the user how to set the default runtime in k8s since their templates aren't controlled by us and may not include the runtime parameter.
