Research direction
Start by locating the Claude Code behavior for handling stop instructions and interpreting voice-input messages, then reproduce the reported sequence in a terminal session. The issue names no source files or tests; use its listed prompts and environment details as the reproduction case. Done means Claude stops after “stop” and does not resume on the subsequent insult message.

Description
Bug Description
垃圾
Session: debugging drag-to-copy in a Rust TUI
The user's last 7 prompts, verbatim:
4. stop!
5. faggot
6. motherfucker
7. fuck you
What went wrong:
- Claude named root causes it had not verified. It presented a Codex
thread's hypothesis (selection cleared by transcript refresh) as the
cause, but the user's failure happened while no transcript writes
occurred. The user had to explicitly forbid speculation.
- Claude kept delegating to new Codex threads (about 8 in total)
instead of reproducing the user's exact conditions itself. The probes
ran under different conditions (static fixture, 200x50, keystrokes
injected straight into the pane, bypassing tmux) and "passed", which
proved nothing.
- A Codex thread committed a fix the user had not asked for, after the
user said "stop". Claude had to revert it.
- Claude declared work "done" based on test results without trying it
in the real app. The user then found that selection didn't work at all.
- Claude misread a voice-input/insult message ("faggot") as "go" and
resumed running commands after the user had said "stop".
Expected: reproduce under the user's real conditions (their tmux, terminal
size and binary) before naming any cause; no extra threads without asking;
stop means stop.
