Research direction

Choose one named page under docs/product/, docs/reference/, or docs/integrations/ and inspect the relevant settings UI; for an integration page, use it to identify the fields users must fill in. Run pnpm dev from the docs/ folder to preview your work. Done means the selected page gives a new user concrete setup steps, real field names, and likely failure behavior, with no real-looking credentials.

Description

documentation good first issue help wanted

Thirteen documentation pages are stubs of roughly 23–28 words. They render in the nav, so readers click through to what is effectively an empty page.

The pages

Product

  • docs/product/analytics.mdx
  • docs/product/csat.mdx
  • docs/product/escalation.mdx
  • docs/product/team.mdx
  • docs/product/ai-config.mdx

Reference

  • docs/reference/webhooks.mdx

Integrations — these are provider setup guides

  • docs/integrations/openai.mdx
  • docs/integrations/anthropic.mdx
  • docs/integrations/google-gemini.mdx
  • docs/integrations/groq.mdx
  • docs/integrations/mistral.mdx
  • docs/integrations/ollama.mdx
  • docs/integrations/stripe.mdx

(docs/reference/data-model.mdx is also a stub but is tracked separately.)

How to help

Take one page per PR. Comment on this issue saying which one you are picking up so two people do not write the same page. Small, focused PRs are much easier to review than one large sweep.

The integration pages are the best starting point — each is a self-contained "how do I connect provider X" guide, and the settings UI in the app shows you exactly what a user has to fill in.

What good looks like

Write for someone who has just signed up and is trying to get the thing working. Concrete steps, real field names from the UI, and what failure looks like. Skip marketing language.

Never put a real-looking credential in an example. Use angle-bracket descriptors: API_KEY=<your-api-key>.

Getting started

Docs are Mintlify, in the docs/ folder. pnpm dev in that folder to preview locally.
