Show friendly error UI when API fails to connect 🔌

File: client/src/context/BoardContext.jsx

When backend is down fetchTasks() just
silently fails — board loads empty 💀
Users think their tasks are gone fr fr!!

Fix: add error state:
const [error, setError] = useState(null)

// in fetchTasks catch block:
} catch (err) {
setError('Cannot connect to server. Please try again!')
}

// in Dashboard.jsx:
if (error) return (

🔌

{error}

Try again )
