Research direction

Grep the codebase for the error string 'ECONNREFUSED: Unable to connect. Is the computer able to access the url?' to locate where it is raised. Modify the message to include the URL or server name/address from the connection attempt. Run the relevant unit tests for that networking or CLI module to confirm the new error output.

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Hi! Got an error:

ECONNREFUSED: Unable to connect. Is the computer able to access the url?

I am pretty sure this is problem on my side. But I don't know exactly how to debug it because I don't know which address complains
