Reproduction steps

0. Use manifest initialized cast options with setNotificationOptions = null and setMediaSessionEnabled = false to get rid of cast notification as described in #3378
1. Connect to Cast
2. Play any playlist from media session demo
3. Play different playlist than 2
4. repeat 2-3 a few times, while observing the notification, at some point we get the empty one.

Expected result

Media notification data is always updated

Actual result

Media notification's artwork is empty and the title is <app name> is running
