Research direction

Start by reproducing the onboarding voice-capture test on Windows 11: press Ctrl + Space, speak, then release it and observe the crash after the audio file is saved. Read the crash report for fluidvoice.exe and note that it identifies ucrtbase.dll and exception code 0xc0000409; the payload names no source files or tests. Done means dictation completes after releasing Ctrl + Space without crashing.
