Research direction

Read the parent issue #1111 and the linked Distribution 101 guide for the project context. Choose one or two channels based on the audience, founder strengths and available time; record each channel’s funnel role and how it directs people to another channel. Done when the plan covers the default X, GitHub README and landing page setup, with the newsletter marked for later.

Part of #1111. Source: Ryan (@ryangrowthh), Distribution 101: A Guide to Reaching Millions, shared by Andrew 2026-10-16.

Pick one or two channels from the rented/owned/earned buckets, based on where the audience is, the founder's strengths and the time available. Record the funnel role for each channel and how each channel points to another (for example X to newsletter, README to landing page). Default for PLATE: X plus GitHub README and landing page, with a newsletter later.
