Research direction

Start at the xenv key set argument handling near bin/xenv:1640 and the second site at bin/xenv:2313. Reproduce with xenv key set @dev --pass --force and xenv key set @dev --force --keychain to confirm that --force is dropped in each case. Done when both flag combinations behave as the issue expects, with --force and the backend flag each honored.

Description

bug

Files: bin/xenv:1640, bin/xenv:2313

Repro: xenv key set @dev --pass --force. --force is dropped and a bad passphrase is refused. xenv key set @dev --force --keychain stores to the file backend.

Fix: Parse every flag. Pass the backend and force as separate arguments.
