Research direction

Start at pubspec.yaml: find the analyzer upper bound and comment added in #424. First verify upstream by checking whether a build_runner release newer than 2.16.1 declares support for analyzer 14.5.0 (changelog/release notes); if not, this issue stays blocked. When one exists, bump build_runner, delete the bound and its comment, then confirm dart run build_runner build exits 0 and flutter test passes locally and in CI.

Description

#424 caps analyzer below 14.5.0 in dev_dependencies. analyzer 14.5.0 (2026-10-06) removed the contextFeatures setter, which build_runner 2.16.1, its newest release, still uses, so dart run build_runner build failed with exit 255 and CI went red.

Done when a build_runner release works with analyzer 14.5.0 or later. At that point, remove the bound and its comment from pubspec.yaml, and check that build_runner builds and flutter test passes.
