Research direction

Look at the existing Latinize filter in src/_filter/string/latinize.js to understand the codebase. The task is to create a new accent filter that can handle French and other languages, converting accented characters like 'É' to 'E'. Check how filters are registered and used in AngularJS. Test by creating a filter that works with search inputs to find names with accents.

Description

Need a accent filter for french and other language.

I searched a lot and didn't find a good filter for french or other language accent.
Can't find for exemple name with accent like: Éric.
if i wrote Eric in my search filter it won't find it.

May be it can be based on the Latinize filter.
