Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported trda %>% unnest(RareAbundanceBySample) call from the MicrobiotaProcess workflow and inspect the object's MPSE class. Compare the documented RareAbundanceBySample and RareAbundanceBytime usage, then verify that the resulting workflow no longer raises the reported unnest method error.

Description

When I follow the data analysis process of MicrobiotaProcess in wechat(https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/fG7I4TrUAROmyIDobN06yw).

trda %>% unnest(RareAbundanceBySample)

RareAbundanceBytime则是每个分组下的物种丰度信息

The following error occurs:

Error in UseMethod("unnest") : no applicable method for 'unnest' applied to an object of class "c('MPSE', 'SummarizedExperiment', 'RectangularData', 'Vector', 'Annotated', 'vector_OR_Vector')"

I can't solve this problem, anyone who has encountered and dealed with this problem? Thanks.
