Research direction

Start by reading the related discussion in issue #95 and the existing stamp binding behavior around bfDomAttach. Compare the requested popovertarget and commandfor behavior, including the question about anchor-name, and first determine the intended scope and completion criteria.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

enhancement

Special stamp friendly binding for the popovertarget attribute? At JS runtime you bind an Element to popoverTargetElement so bfDomAttach to get an element. In a stamp (template) can just use an ID. Also commandfor is similar. Maybe also a trick for anchor-name:--ident?
