Research direction

Start with the Arm64ElfReloc handling reported in the issue and use the attached test_read_dynamic binary to reproduce the warning. Trace how R_AARCH64_IRELATIVE is handled alongside other ELF relocation types, then verify in Binary Ninja that opening the binary no longer reports it as unsupported and that the relocation is supported.
