Contexto

Hoje não existe pessoa jurídica: o projeto é uma pessoa física e o código. O desenho prevê uma associação sem fins lucrativos que publica o app, emite os certificados de membro, decide a moderação e é a controladora LGPD. Sem ela não há quem assine acordos com parceiros, nomeie o encarregado ou abra contas de organização nas lojas.

Escopo

  • Decidir a forma jurídica com base no parecer: associação sem fins lucrativos ou outra
  • Redigir o estatuto: finalidade, órgãos, quem decide a moderação e quem guarda a chave da associação
  • Registrar a entidade, obter o CNPJ e abrir a conta bancária
  • Obter o número D-U-N-S que as lojas pedem para contas de organização (confirmar nos cadastros da Apple e do Google)
  • Pôr o domínio varanda.app e o pedido de marca em nome da entidade

Critérios de aceite

  • Estatuto registrado e CNPJ ativo
  • Contas de desenvolvedor, chave da associação e acordos com parceiros podem ser feitos em nome da entidade
