Contexto
O app nativo só liga se a pessoa colar uma chave de associação de 64 hex e uma lista de bootstrap. Para o piloto a rede padrão vem embutida e verificável, a DHT pública continua escolha explícita e a raiz de confiança nunca troca em silêncio.
Escopo
- Associação e bootstrap de produção como padrão do app, com modo avançado para outra rede
- Configuração autenticada e identificada por ambiente; adulteração recusada
- Atualização verificável da configuração sem substituir a associação persistida
