Research direction
Start by inspecting the Unity.Mathematics type implementations and the existing uint and ulong support. Determine the scope needed for ushort support across the library, then verify that ushort-based types and math functions behave consistently with the existing supported types.

Description
Hello,
while trying to better pack my structs I have realized that Unity.Mathematics does not support ushort (UInt16). It supports all other types (uint, ulong) so why is that? UShorts, among others, are widely used to save memory on indices for visual or physics mesh.
