[FEAT-API/UI]: Add ability to download LCG input & output

Description
Right now we can view LCG results in the app via the UI, but there is no way to download them, lets change this!
We can put the button in the parent table as each LCG only has one result:

There is already a DownloadLCGOutput function in the API, please review this and ensure it works. Make sure to download:
- LCG
manifest.jsoninput - LCG csv that is output
- Dominant language
- No language data
- Stars
- 2
- Forks
- 0
- PR merge metrics
- No merged PRs in 30d
