Research direction

Start by reading the MWS UI and the permissions work in issue #79; no specific file or test is named in this issue. Trace how unauthenticated actions are represented, then define the visible Guest user and verify that its default permissions and UI representation match the requested behavior.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I would like the not logged in user to be visible as a built-in user in the MWS UI. Every action by a not logged in user is through the Guest user.

With permissions #79 the guest would have no permissions by default.
