/api/profile/chat is only consumed by conversational-onboarding.tsx (first run). There's no in-app way to keep the conversation going ("I switched jobs", "I stopped driving").
Scope
Add a persistent "talk to your profile" chat surface (post-onboarding) that feeds facet extraction + reconciliation. Realizes the SP-2 ongoing-profile-chat capability. Depends on the profile editor / reconciliation-review surfaces.
