- Registry hook outcome: the registry auth hook answered every non-200/401/403 the same way (HTTP 500). In flight as Systemorph/MeshWeaver.Deploy#106 (exit codes 3–7, a 40 s bound derived from core budgets).
- Exchange health line: count outcomes in core
InstanceRegistryAuthenticatorand surface them as a health check in the MeshWeaver.Plugins host (core half first, then Plugins). Not started.
