Research direction
Start with backend/src/modules/payroll/sso-filing.service.ts and read the existing /payroll/reports/sso-filing export. The upload layout is not documented publicly, so the owner must provide a sample and the pilot must verify it against November’s submitted file. Done means the file is accepted by e-Services or confirmed against the sample, and every November difference is fixed or explained.

Description
P1 · payroll · S · Pilot B
Left by CW-048, which builds the form's data (part 1 totals, part 2 rows) as
CSV, Excel and a printable PDF. Two things could not be done without the
pilot or the owner:
- The upload file. No public Social Security Office document gives the
e-Services upload layout (field widths, separator, encoding); it is handed
out behind the e-Services login. The owner is asked for a sample upload
file, names and ID numbers blanked. With it, add the upload format to
GET /payroll/reports/sso-filingfrom the same sheet, not a second
calculation. - The November check. The pilot's November export is compared with the
file they actually submit; every difference is fixed or explained. Two
known places to look: "wage actually paid" is the wage social security is
worked on, overtime left out (question 4 on #36), and a foreign worker is
recognised by a passport or work-permit number on the record, since Cwork
stores no nationality.
Free, as decided for CW-048: the file HR uploads by hand is the company's own
data; filing online is the Pro candidate in CW-077.
Acceptance
- The upload file opens in SSO e-Services without errors for the pilot's
November month, or the owner confirms it against the sample. - The pilot's November export matches the file they submit, or every
difference is explained.
