Research direction
Start by tracing how SGDBoop selects and applies artwork, then locate any existing handling of .ico files. Use the linked SteamGridDB examples to check whether individual resolutions can be selected, and inspect how default Steam .ico assets are displayed. Done means both requested capabilities are supported; the issue does not identify specific files or tests.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
Same as title, for example some games may different images in lower resolutions in some .ico files.

Also adding the ability to see an entire .ico for default steam assets would nice as well.
