Research direction
Start by examining the console and RichText rendering in the main menu, then compare frame rates with the menu inactive to narrow down where the slowdown occurs. Done means identifying and addressing the cause of the reported drop from about 1,000 FPS to about 110 FPS.
Written by the indexing model from the issue text.
Description
The FPS right now in the main menu is about 110 compared to the normal ~1,000 or so when not. I believe it's something in the console, most likely RichText performance if I had to guess.
