Research direction

Start by reading Hidden.scala and the build logic that filters hidden schema definitions, then check how protobuf export handles those nodes, edges, and properties. Done means documenting whether Hidden definitions are intentionally excluded and explaining the behavior described in the issue.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I see some nodes, edges, properties are defined in Hidden.scala, and they can not be used in protobuf and so on.
Especially, the build logic filtered the Hidden.

May I kindly request an explanation for this behavior?
