Description

Similar to https://github.com/SFDO-Community/UnsubscribeLink/issues/176 the installation instructions for Admins and Users are outdated as well and not matching the Google doc.

As part of this issue, establish the single source of truth to be the Wiki hosted on the Repo and ensure it's updated from the latest instructions from the document linked above.
