Research direction

Start by reviewing core-customize/manifest.json and the linked Solr 9 upgrade procedure. Determine whether the manifest defines the Solr version, then verify after a new build and initialization that Solr runs version 9 instead of version 8.

Description

Please review if Solr version must be defined in https://github.com/SAP-samples/cloud-commerce-sample-setup/blob/main/core-customize/manifest.json

For my case, the Solr is still running with version 8 even a new build with new initialization.
