Description

In 2027, WPILib will move to using units library based code, along with many other breaking changes due to this already large change occurring. It is important that most of the underclassmen know how the units library works so that we can worry about the other changes instead. I would like underclassmen to complete this task.

Learn the WPILib units library API and identify all instances of raw numeric values (especially angles, distances, velocities) in the codebase. Replace them with the appropriate unit types (e.g., Angle, Meter, MetersPerSecond) and update any calculations accordingly.
