The action mikepenz/gradle-dependency-submission used by the Dependencies job has been archived due to support for this functionality being added directly to gradle/gradle-build-action@v3.
That action has also been archived as the functionality has been merged into gradle/actions/dependency-submission@v6 instead.

Replace the mikepenz/gradle-dependency-submission action with the most recent gradle/actions/dependency-submission action.
