Where: Provenance-Emu/SkinKit Sources/SkinCatalogKit/SkinStoreSection.swift, SkinStorePolicy.swift, Tests/SkinCatalogKitTests/SkinStorePolicyTests.swift
Do: Add SkinStoreSection.nes (["nes", "fds"]) and .snes (["snes"]), both .asIs; SkinStorePolicy.iCube lists them after .nintendo64 and maps the nes/fds/snes/sfc game-type suffixes. Tests for shelf placement and precedence.
