Research direction

Start at the Settings → Data → Clear all data flow and inspect the attached screenshot and the SQL exception it shows. Trace how this action deletes data and which foreign key constraint fails; the issue does not name source files or tests, so first locate the clear data entry point. Done means confirming deletion clears all data without an exception, including when a person has an unsettled amount.

While I am trying to clear the data, but getting the sql exception. I am thinking that it is a bug, if not sorry for this. If it is bug then displaying meaningful error msg will be good looking as a user perspective. For example like "person amount is not settled, please settle the amount and clear data or something". Or else anyway we are getting confirmation popup after clicking clear data and mentioned about backup, that's fine. If user is ok with that then he is aware of that unsettled amount.

Expectation: once user confirm to delete, then it should clear all the data without any exception/msg as per my understanding. It should not throw any foreign key constraint exception.

Path: More -> Settings -> Data -> Clear all data

Note: If it is not a bug kindly ignore request 🙂.
