Description

We have LTPA information in several places in the ol docs

We need a main LTPA page to provide contextual information and help users find these various resources.

Create an LTPA topic as a child of Single sign on that includes

  • updated and verified information from LTPA concept in Liberty WL topic.
  • descriptions of an links to the other LTPA resources in OL doc
  • any other LTPA info as specified by the security team
