Other location identifier, if any (e.g., figure number, table number, footnote number, etc.): only in the 2ed pdf (not a problem in the html).
Original text: two problems:

Suggestion for corrected text: make correct links
Justification for suggestion: typo

Note: the "section section" typo happens 2 additional times in the 2ed pdf:

page 205 section 12.3.2: Section Section 16.1 also provides a longer discussion...
page 226 section 13.4.1: In Section Section 11.2 we were introduced to the opportunity cost study...
