My students and I found the naming of the hypothesis test for a single proportion (chapter 16 section 1) to be somewhat confusing, since it's a very different type of bootstrapping that's being done.

Perhaps you might consider changing "Bootstrap test for a proportion" to "Empirical test for a proportion" or "Simulation test for a proportion"?
