Win11: Media type customized keys have no effect

Hello,
Tried to customize keymap using a custom profile.
When assigning a key to media: Volume up, Insee the message in the app stating that the key was pressed.
However, I don't see any other effect.
Was expecting the wondow mixer sound volume to go up.
Also tried media:Previous
On my laptop, the swiftcontrol app crashes completely.
Was expecting for instance the spotify app to change the track.
