Research direction

Examine the Bluetooth Low Energy connection handling code where the 'device not supported' error originates. Look for platform-specific implementations for Windows and iOS, and review how device compatibility is checked during BLE pairing. The fix should allow BikeControl on iPhone to successfully connect to Rouvy on Windows via Bluetooth.
